Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 13, 2008 from 11:30-1:30 at the South Precinct (Corner of S. Cedar Street and Holmes Road) Second floor conference room. Please let us know if you can attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend, you may send a representative from your agency to vote for you, or you may designate another person to serve as your proxy vote. Please let me know by 8:00 a.m. one day before the meeting date who, if anyone, will be voting on your behalf. A written email is sufficient for assigning a proxy. We will vote by roll call on each goal individually. Non-voting members are invited and encouraged to attend the meeting!
